What began in 1950 as a small-town construction business founded by James N. McHolme has grown into a family-run property management company based in Elizabeth, PA. Over the decades, we've transitioned from building properties to managing the ones we've developed and own — with the same commitment to quality and care that's been in our family from the beginning.

Today, we focus exclusively on managing our residential and commercial rental properties across the Greater Pittsburgh area. Because we're not managing for outside clients, our attention stays where it belongs: on maintaining well-kept spaces, being accessible to our tenants, and making sure our properties feel like home — or the right fit for a growing business.
